  • 2-3 Medjool dates, finely chopped
  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
  • Fresh fruit slices (bananas, strawberries, blueberries) for topping (optional)


  1. Prepare the Porridge Base:

    • In a small saucepan, combine the rolled oats and water or milk.
    • Bring the mixture to a gentle boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
  2. Add Medjool Dates:

    • Once the porridge starts to thicken, add the finely chopped Medjool dates.
